Understanding the nuances and complexities of the aging process allows us to create specialized programming for our residents. One of the cornerstones of our approach to senior care and memory support is targeted stimulation that engages the senses in meaningful ways. Throughout our lives, we experience almost constant stimulation in our waking hours, but for many seniors who live alone, a stimulation deficit can occur. To combat this, we’ve created specialized programming that mimics the regular tasks of daily life to engage our minds. These include occupational tasks, chores, music therapies, and more.
